Hey guys, as the title says I made a i3d plugin for Blender version 3.6. The plugin is based on blenders .3ds plugin. Sadly the plugin is not so far that we can get rid of 3ds max 3. holy shit bro you just made what the original devs couldn't do I can tell that Mr. Bacik is a very talented coder. He wrote not only the code of HD Deluxe he even created new more performant variable types for C++. I am sure the devs could do a lot more, but the publisher is still the boss. If Mich...

Nice to hear that there is also activity on H&D. I just read a little bit on reddit.

The technology of HD Classic soldiers is different from the ones of Deluxe. In classic the model was made of different parts (arms, legs, etc.). In Deluxe the whole body is one part. So it can't be split anymore. The workaround is that the throwtopieces.i3d is a human model from classic with no tors...

There is also a throwtopieces.i3d model that is required to have gibs flying around. Its not included in vanilla extended, but its in extended mod. I can later make an upload for you. The file has to be added to models.dta.

yes, some weapon iron sights would need a little fine tuning. In vanilla extended are just elementary changes done so that it can run with the patched exe.

yes that would be possible. But it would mean a lot of work and later a lot of files to download. Easier solution would be to place 2 radio targeting systems in front of the players spawn via editor.

PS: you can pass the mission anyway via cheats.

Launch the game with "safe" command line. That should do the job. The freezes are a known problem of H&D on newer OS. They happen randomly.

I just checked the FFF sounds_l.dta for you. It contains english, french, german and italian sounds. Seems that there was no translation for spanish. What happens if you try to launch the FFF steam version in italian?
