Patch 1.05 and can't join any matches and nobody can join if I host a game

I'm confused it does nothing, does anybody know what this is cause i can't go online!?

Opps i put norton security its actually Norton Internet Security

Using Windows XP Professinal, Norton Security and I can go online but as soon as a start a game it will continue untill you have chosen your stuff also nobody seems to be online at any time it happen once but i couldn't select them now the severs won't show up. Got any Ideas?
