F11 is right and your screenshots can be found in the HD2 main directory.
HD2 stores screenshots in .tga format which is not really my first choice. So instead i'd use an external program like FRAPS.

It's for Mafia but with a little adjustments it'd work for HD2 as well. However it's still in development and far from finishing..

Now SP and MP using different files.
For SP you have to unpack others.dta (GAMEDATA\presets.def)
and for MP you have to go to your Profiles folder and edit user_presets.def.

Don't remember any tools to edit these files besides Hex Editor of course

All missions are extracted from the original SP files (v1.12), based on that i have made them work for coop. So yes, if you call that from scratch.
On Africa4 the Mg42 is placed.
