and you don`t need to reinstall,you can change your key in the registry,thats the path:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Illusion Softworks\Hidden & Dangerous 2

Actually, it was just difficult at the beginning, but eventually it will be easier and faster.
