thank you for the quick reply, Yes It was as simple as that !!  Just goes to show how new I am to this type of game, to have overlooked something so simple.

Help!! I am a new player to HDD2 and I have a problem.  I cannot 'take' the documents from the building.  I have them highlighted but the option for 'take is not accessible.  Please can you advise me what I need to do to correct this.  I have completed all other objectives.
