i am still new to this, i have played mp and am on the 4th mission of the arctic campaign, i restarted the computer since the internet went down and all my progress was gone , any way to fix this?

hello, i have not played this game in about 2 years and i never really got into it, but i am trying it out again with a new graphics card. so i keep hearing about this expansion but cannot find a place to buy it (im in usa) So my question is, Is this expansion download only?
