Are there any costumed maps for H&D2?

I?m doing this mission now and I have everything needed but most Germans attack me if I go near them. Is it because I play on hard difficulty?

Total conversion is like BF1942 and its mod Forgotten Hope. Now, I understand that it?s nearly impossible because H&D2 doesn?t have any editing tools.

Hello I?m new here. I?ve been playing H&D2 for a while and I really like its game style and possibilities, which also make a good multiplayer game, in my opinion. How possible it is to make a mod of H&D2 and has it ever been tried (I mean total conversion)? Thanks in advance.
