when i am starting the game its stucking in the start it showes u that there is blood content and its stuck in this screen

i dont have anyidea how to drive in veichel i press u to enter the veichel
and then i pressing on the arrows but i can't move

hello evreybody i stuk in the second mission i rescued that soldiers and complete objective 1 now i have to destroy the ramaning tanks how can i do it should i use tnt(i dont have enogh)?

plz help me as soon as u can
