Down time - ugh, changing hosts, again

The title says it all really, due to the continual down time of my web host's server I'm dumping them 
. The new server will be managed by a close friend 
so I can just get the whip out if something goes wrong. This will most likely happen over this weekend. It might slow down some of the spam as well, maybe.
