How to capture text into a txt from the dedicatedserverconsole?

Hi Al,
Recently I made a dedicated server for me and some friends, now i was wandering if i could capture the kills and deaths into a txt log file (like quake) so i can parse it and pull out some statistics.
Anyone an idea?
