the testaddon missions are working fine. but when i save in the mission, the next time i run the game, the saved game is lost.

give me a suggestion if possible.

please reply to me. i haven't got an replies for more than 2 weeks!

it would be appreciable if anyone can find a solution to the problem or tell me it is impossible.

It has been about 4 weeks actually... I don't play deluxe, let alone addons for it... so the only advice I could give you would be to alt-tab out of the game and find the temp save file and copy it to another location, then just put it back in when you run the game.

i have a problem!

i go to the temp folder after pressing alt + tab.
then i dont find the required file.
i just deleted all files in temp folder before running the game.
i saved my progress in the game.
after that i pressed alt + tab and went to the temp folder and found nothing!

If you are telling me to find a temp save file and copy it, tell me the location where the save file could be.

Well, I don't know what the file is, I was just imagining there must be a file that is temporarily being created if you see the save in-game. Try navigating to \Take2\Hidden and Dangerous Deluxe\Savegame, there are bin files in there that are the save files. Do you not have any files in there? Are you only having this problem with this addon? What difficulty setting are you playing on? Is the addon set to not allow you to save? What operating system are you running?

i have windows 7. the testaddon which i tried and saved while playing, could not be loaded the next time i ran the game.
but, when i exit the mission i can load the saved progress.

When i searched for the temporary saved file when the game was minimized, i could not find it.

Well Win 7 is notorious for deleting files it thinks are a threat! Maybe turn of the Windows 7 protection thing. Do you have the operating system set to let you view system files?

this is a general Bug of Hidden and Dangerous Deluxe. The Campaign Saves will still be there after a restart but the Addon saves are always lost
You can only minimize the game and set the Computer to standby to save your Addon-Game for the next time.
