Yes, but mostly medium range bombers, just like the Luftwaffe had. The Russian bombers served mostly for ground support role. Russian Air Force performed few bombing raids again Germany with their long range 4-engines bombers, but due to the heavy losses of aircrafts they never continued them.

I thought the Germans did the damage when they abandoned the place, so it might not make sense as to how the T-34 got there to begin with.
The partisans base could be still reached by sea (theoretically). This place is really a Kostakipulos last stand, so i think, that the partisans actually blown up the stone bridge, to reduce the number of entry points to their fortress. The T-34 tank has an excellent cross-country characteristics (wide tracks and good suspension system), so there shouldn't be a problem to move it through that stone bridge. In addition it is lighter than i.e. Tiger tank.

OK, i decided to make a FINAL UPDATE of the Prague 2 mission. thup01

Beside already implemented changes i made few new ones.

I delayed ALL groups of attacking Russian infantry by 2, 3 and 5 minutes, so you will have a chance to save them. :grin:

I made all German soldiers visible at the mission start - no more enemies spawning when SAS commandos are nearby. The previously hidden Germans now will join the fight to defend the airfield from the Russians. :grin:

You always wanted those 2 changes in the Prague 2 mission, so this is my gift for you. It took a lot of time and work to implement those changes.

Please download and test this mission again.

OK, i edited the Greece 4 mission once again. thup01

Beside already implemented changes i added a T-34 tank with crew, which will be guarding the exit from the secret passage from Greece 3 mission.

See picture below.

It is still possible to avoid the tank's cannon shots by running through the bridge, but i suggest to destroy the tank either with Panzerfaust or Bazooka.

Please download and test this mission.

Well, if you look at the map, (from the sky), you can see the craters are rather random-and-consolidated in Italy 2, but in Prague 2, they were arranged in a way that makes it obviously a bombing-run.

Speaking of runs, isn't it convenient how a BMW and Mercedes survived the strafing-run at the spawn point of Prague 2?

As for Greece 4, no, I was trying to ask, "how did they get the T-34 in there if the bridge was blown, unless the partisans blew it up themselves afterwards, which makes little sense, unless they knew it was game over.

P.S. Think back to the very first time you played Prague 2; did you miss the plane?

OK, nevermind. I just called it "artillery strike". Call it whatever you like.

As far as i remember i missed the plane once in stock Prague 2 mission in classic H&D 1.

Did you play my newest Greece 2, Greece 4 and Prague 2 missions? :cool:

Below i posted 3 pictures, taken when testing my final update of the Prague 2 mission in HDD editor. thup01

The Russians attacked without the SAS commandos support, but they managed to capture the control tower and few AA gun positions (not seen in those pictures).

However, with the support from the player and his SAS team, the Russians will take far less casualties.

The attack of all Russian infantry groups (3 in total) is delayed by 2, 3 and 5 minutes - depending how far the particular group is spawning from the mission start point.

Greece 3 has a very hard start.
Immediately after the mission starts, I have a 50/50 chance of the MG42 firing on my men.

And does the Panther move fast, or does it spawn closer? Because in very little time, it is within range of the Jeep.

Also, good job giving the Panther the "captured" look, (it's German crosses are smeared). thup01

Sad that the road's bridge is destroyed. Given how clean the area is, it was destroyed a long while ago.

Given that they must lie down to fire, the three men with the ZB26s aren't much of a threat. Giving them BARs would definitely change that.

Isn't it weird how the partisans carry much more than the Germans, but unlike the Germans, they almost never carry grenades?

I increased the "view range", so the MG operator and Panther tank gunner will detect you from greater distance.

However, i could edit that, so they could spot you, but open fire from closer distance.

Increased their range? Wasn't there a bit of fog? I could have sworn it was impossible to see the MG from the spawn point in the past.

BAD NEWS: The Greece 4 map is... well, a form of blank. I can see the island, but the levels are all black.

By laying down, their bullets hit the stone instead of us, so no, they aren't a threat. :cool:
