I have that same problem , slow motion , have tried all settings in setup running on system below.

MSI K8N SLI Platinum
1Gb ddr400 dual channel geil ram
2x 6600gt sli'ed
win xp pro sp1
all current drivers

runs fine on old machine xp2400+
512mb pc2700
Ti 4200
